Shared Solar: One Solar Photovoltaic (PV) Meter Services Multiple Units
Austin Energy has developed a solution that allows multiple residential meters to benefit from one solar PV system with a single point of interconnection, saving the time and materials otherwise needed to physically interconnect each unit.
Starting in May 2022, Austin Energy is offering Shared Solar billing on a limited basis to interested customers.
